Just a quick reminder to remain cyber-safe:

• Cybersecurity applies equally to your mobile phone as well as your computer and other online device.

• Our firm will never send you a link to click to make a super contribution or any other form of payment in an email or text message. 

• Contact us by phone to confirm the details if you or any financial provider (e.g. BT, banks etc) ever sends you an email instructing you to transfer funds, or if you just think it is odd in any way - especially if it has a suspicious link to click. 

• Prior to us processing an ad-hoc email payment request from you, we will always call you first to confirm it is from you and the correct payment details.

• If you become aware of a scam that you may be affected by or appears to come from us or a financial product provider (e.g. BT, banks etc), call us immediately with the information and we’ll assist you in the process of assessing what if any impact or actions you should take.

• If telephoned, a legitimate financial product provider (e.g. BT, banks etc) will never ask you to give your password or log-in details over the phone.
